Welcome to Ilay's 3D Printing House! These are the rules for ordering my 3D printed creations. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About This Business

Ilay's 3D Printing House is operated by a 9-year-old entrepreneur (Ilay) under the supervision of parent/guardian. All business activities are conducted with adult supervision and approval.

2. Age Requirements

• Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order
• If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian place the order for you
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age

3. Product Information

Regular Products

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Products are 3D printed using PLA filament
• Colors and exact sizes may vary slightly from images
• Each item is made-to-order
• Print time estimates are approximate

Custom Figurines (AI-Designed)

• Base Price: $100 CAD minimum
• Included: AI design consultation, professional 3D model creation (using Meshy.ai), single-color 3D printing, manual finishing
• Not Included: Painting (available as add-on for +$20-50 CAD)
• Important Notes:
  • Custom figurines are printed in a single color (unpainted)
  • You can paint them yourself or purchase painting service
  • Final price may vary based on size and complexity
  • 3D model files (STL) are created using AI assistance and manual work
  • Production time: 7-14 days
• No Refunds: Custom figurines cannot be refunded once production has started
• Approval Required: You will receive a preview of the 3D model before printing begins

4. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are processed through Stripe (secure payment processing)
• We accept credit and debit cards
• Payment is required at time of order
• Prices include the cost of the item only (shipping calculated at checkout)
• All sales are final once production begins

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Area: Canada only
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on Stripe shipping rates
• Delivery Time:
  • Regular products: 3-7 days after printing
  • Custom figurines: 7-14 days after approval
• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided when available
• Delays: Please allow extra time during holidays or busy periods

6. Refunds & Returns

Regular Products

• You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refund will be issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days

Custom Figurines

• No Refunds: Custom-designed items cannot be refunded once production begins
• You will have the opportunity to review and approve the 3D model before printing
• If the final product is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos
• We will replace or refund damaged items at no cost to you
• We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier after tracking shows "delivered"

7. Intellectual Property

• All product designs remain the property of Ilay's 3D Printing House
• You may not reproduce, copy, or sell our designs
• For custom figurines:
  • You own the physical item you purchase
  • The 3D model (STL file) remains our property
  • You may not reproduce or sell the design
• Customer-submitted designs must not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks

8. Safety & Product Use

• ⚠️ Small Parts Hazard: Products contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years old
• Parent Supervision: Adult supervision recommended for all ages
• Not Food-Safe: 3D printed items are not food-safe unless specifically stated
• PLA Material: Made from biodegradable PLA plastic
  • Heat sensitive - do not expose to high temperatures
  • Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods
  • Not suitable for outdoor use
• Intended Use: Products are decorative and collectible items

9. Limitation of Liability

• Products are provided "as is" without warranty
• We are not liable for misuse of products
• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item
• We are not responsible for:
  • Injuries resulting from product misuse
  • Damage to property
  • Indirect or consequential damages

10. Custom Order Cancellations

• Regular products may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering
• Custom figurine orders may be cancelled before 3D model creation begins
• Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled
• Cancellation requests must be sent to ilay@funyoung.org

11. Privacy & Data

• We collect minimal personal information (name, email, shipping address)
• Payment information is processed securely through Stripe
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time
• Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance
• For significant changes, we will notify customers by email

13. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Canada
• Any disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts
