Quick Summary: We want you to be happy! Standard products can be returned within 7 days. Custom figurines cannot be refunded after production starts. All defective items will be replaced.

1. Standard Products (Keychains, Plant Pots, Phone Stands, Desk Organizers)

Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging if possible

Return Process

  1. Email us at ilay@funyoung.org with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship item back to address provided
  4. Refund issued within 5-10 business days after we receive the item

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer's choice to return: Customer pays return shipping
  • Our error or defect: We pay return shipping

Refund Amount

  • Full product price refunded
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
  • Refund issued to original payment method

2. Custom Figurines (AI-Designed Products)

⚠️ Important: No Refunds After Production Starts

  • Custom figurines are made specifically for you
  • Cannot be refunded once we start creating the 3D model
  • You'll have a chance to approve the design before printing
  • This is the time to request changes!

Cancellation Window

  • Before 3D model creation starts: Full refund available
  • During design approval: Can request changes or cancel (full refund)
  • After approval for printing: No refund (production has started)

Design Approval Process

  1. AI generates image options → You select one
  2. We create 3D model (1-3 days)
  3. You review and approve the 3D model ← Last chance for changes!
  4. We print and ship

Once you approve the 3D model for printing, the sale is final.

Defective Custom Figurines

  • If figurine arrives damaged or defective: we'll replace it
  • Contact us within 7 days with photos
  • Replacement at no cost
  • "Defective" means broken, missing parts, or printing errors
  • "Not liking the design" is not a defect (you approved it before printing!)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Our Commitment

If your item arrives damaged or has printing defects, we'll make it right!

What Qualifies as Defective?

  • Broken parts
  • Significant printing errors (layers separated, holes in print)
  • Missing pieces
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Wrong color (if color was specified)

What's NOT Considered Defective?

  • Minor layer lines (normal for 3D printing)
  • Slight color variations from photos
  • Small surface imperfections
  • Size variations within 5%
  • Personal preference ("I don't like it anymore")

Damage Claim Process

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of damage/defect
    • Description of issue
  3. We'll review and respond within 1-2 business days
  4. Options:
    • Replacement: We send a new one (most common)
    • Refund: Full refund if replacement not possible

4. Order Cancellations

Before Production Starts

  • Contact us within 24 hours of ordering
  • Full refund if production hasn't started
  • Email: ilay@funyoung.org with order number

After Production Starts

  • Standard products: May be cancelled if not yet shipped (partial refund)
  • Custom products: Cannot be cancelled

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for refund:

  • Custom figurines after design approval
  • Items damaged by customer after delivery
  • Items returned after 7-day window
  • Items not in original condition (used, broken)
  • Items without proof of purchase

6. Wrong Item Received

  • If we shipped the wrong item, we'll fix it immediately!
  • Contact us within 7 days
  • We'll send correct item at no cost
  • You can keep or return the wrong item (we'll provide prepaid label)

7. Refund Timeline

  • Approval: 1-2 business days after receiving return
  • Processing: 3-5 business days to process refund
  • Bank/Card: 5-10 business days for funds to appear
  • Total: Up to 2-3 weeks from when you ship the return

8. Exchanges

  • We don't offer direct exchanges
  • If you want a different item:
    1. Return the original item for refund
    2. Place a new order for the item you want
  • This ensures fastest service and correct inventory

9. Special Circumstances

Gifts

  • Returns processed same as regular orders
  • Refund goes to original purchaser
  • Gift recipient should contact purchaser for returns

Repeated Returns

  • We track return patterns to prevent abuse
  • Excessive returns may result in account restrictions
  • We're a small business - please order thoughtfully!
