1. Shipping Areas
- We ship to: Canada only 🇨🇦
- International shipping: Not available at this time
- PO Boxes and rural addresses accepted
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Rates are managed through Stripe and displayed before you complete your order
- Shipping options may include:
- Standard Shipping (most economical)
- Express Shipping (faster delivery, when available)
- Shipping costs are separate from product prices
3. Processing & Production Time
Regular Products (Keychains, Plant Pots, Phone Stands, Desk Organizers)
- Production time: 1-3 days (printing + finishing)
- Total time to ship: 3-7 days after order
- Items are made-to-order (we don't keep inventory)
Custom Figurines (AI-Designed)
- Design & Model Creation: 3-5 days
- Approval Process: 1-2 days (waiting for your approval)
- Printing & Finishing: 3-5 days
- Total time: 7-14 days from order to shipment
- Timeline may vary based on design complexity
4. Delivery Time
After shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (when available)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur during holidays or bad weather
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking information provided when available
- You'll receive an email with tracking details once shipped
- Not all shipping methods include tracking
- Contact us if you haven't received tracking within 5 days of order
6. Shipping Address
- Please provide accurate shipping information
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering
- After shipping, address changes are not possible
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors
- Check all entry points to your home
- Wait 48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
- Contact us if still missing after 48 hours
- We'll work with carrier to locate package
- Replacement or refund provided if package confirmed lost
Damaged Packages
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
- We'll replace damaged items at no cost
- Keep all packaging for inspection if needed
- We are not responsible for damage after delivery confirmation
8. Delays & Issues
- We'll notify you of any significant delays
- Printing issues may extend production time
- Custom designs require approval before shipping
- Holiday periods may experience delays
- Weather events may impact delivery times
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- If package is refused or returned to us:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund issued minus shipping costs
- If package is undeliverable due to incorrect address:
- Customer pays for reshipping
- Or refund issued minus shipping costs
10. Holidays & Busy Periods
- Extended processing times during:
- Christmas/New Year (December 15 - January 5)
- Valentine's Day (February 1-14)
- Back to School (late August)
- Order early for gift giving
- We'll post notices on the website about holiday schedules
11. Packaging
- Items carefully packaged to prevent damage
- Eco-friendly packaging when possible
- Bubble wrap or paper padding for protection
- Gift wrapping not available at this time
